It just didn't work in the long term as their diets were so different. Though mum as an A noticed a huge difference not eating meat. <BR/><BR/>I'm an O also, and I think I do feel better with most of the recommendations they suggest for Os, though I've never read the book. Be interested to know how your kids react. I used to eat tons of dairy when I was a child as in my country it is so readily available but I also know it really didn't agree with me.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
